We have developed our COVID-19 Policy to reflect all of the latest Government advice and guidance regarding COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
We have implemented full mobile working for all of our staff following the latest Government advice.
We believe this will be the most effective way of ensuring that our operational capabilities are unaffected during the current public health challenge whilst meeting the request to reduce travel, meetings and general interaction.
Meetings & Site Visits
During this difficult time the health and safety of our staff, clients and the general public is our primary concern.
Meetings will be conducted online where at all possible.
Due to the nature of our work there are occasions when meetings or site visits have to be carried out in person.
We have implemented robust Risk Assessment procedures and Occupier Questionnaires to ensure site visits are conducted in as risk free a manner as possible.
All staff are mindful of social distancing and other measures advised by the Government to ensure such instances are safe.
Whilst on site, our surveyors are provided with the necessary PPE to conduct the visit safely. Our surveyor will not interact with anyone on site unless unavoidable. At all times the revised 1m safe distance protocol will be adhered to.
Government advice continues to be constantly updated and revised. We will continue to keep our on-site working policies under constant review, with continued updates as the guidance changes. We will ensure our clients are kept informed of any relevant changes to our working practice once a project has been instructed.
