We provided Party Wall advice at Warwick Road for this new residential development.

The proposed scheme is due to provide 180 apartments of mixed sizes and 80 affordable housing units on a site within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea formerly occupied by the Territorial Army.

The apartments are arranged in three mansion blocks which sit above two levels of basement surrounded by landscaped amenity space. There is a fitness centre with swimming pool and 230 parking spaces provided on the site.
