Congratulations to the team at The GHS Limited Partnership on the practical completion of Grade II* listed 20 Hanover Square.

The development comprising 6,300 sq ft of self-contained office space overlooking Hanover Square and the new Medici Courtyard.

The development is part of the masterplan for Hanover Square that fully integrates the new Crossrail Bond Street Station, which has ticket halls on Davies Street and beneath 18 Hanover Square, with Crossrail elements being developed independently under the Crossrail ‘Act’

The luxurious offices at 20 Hanover Square have been meticulously restored, marrying ornate period features and contemporary comfort. This is a beautiful, modern working environment unlike any other, with a private entrance directly onto an historic Mayfair square.
