Maida Vale Mansion Block
Our Building Consultancy team advised on the External Decorations and General repair works which have now commenced at a mansion block project in Maida Vale
The programme of work concentrated on repairs to defective stone projections, balcony repairs and redecoration.
This is the fourth major section of work based on a ten year Planned Maintenance Plan. Phase 5 is scheduled be completed by the end of 2020.
The project is being managed by Paul Phillips and Michael Austin in our Building Consultancy team.
At Anstey Horne, we advise on planned and reactive maintenance. We also specify and manage internal and external works to managed blocks as well as giving advice on the tenant consultation procedures.
